There's this pal of mine. Every morning, he would listen to Bruce Springsteen's "Born In The USA", flex his whole body until his muscles were rigid and taut... He would focus his eyes in intense concentration... And start yelling - "BOOOORNNN IN THE USA!!!". He said that used to help him crap.
